Diamonds and diamond jewelry are prone to dust, oil, pollution and daily wear can cloud and dull the brilliance of your diamond jewelry as well as the surface of the gold. At Innaya, we provide a free lifetime diamond jewelry cleaning service. Our trained professionals will check that the setting is secure and will thoroughly clean your jewelry.

1. How can I care for my jewelry at home?

​

You can soak your jewelry into a mixture of lukewarm water, few drops of dish detergent and a few drops of mild ammonia. Soak the jewelry for about 10-15 minutes, use a light brush to clean the diamond and gold, then rinse it with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft lint-free cloth.

2. How should I store the jewelry?

​

You can store it in our jewelry box, or even a normal jewelry box or if you want to stay cautious wrap the jewelry into a lint-free cloth and store it in a box or zip lock.

3. What do I do if my jewelry breaks?

​

In the highly unlikely chance that your diamond falls off or a fixing breaks, you can come back to us and we will repair it for you, given that you have the fallen off piece of your diamond/fixing. Please note that these services will incur an additional charge. If the fallen piece of the diamond is lost, then unfortunately we will not be able to assist you.

4. What does the Innaya Jewelry Warranty Card cover?

​

The Warranty Card given to you by Innaya Jewelry at the time of your purchase covers any repair or replacement of broken jewelry parts after your purchase and the client is responsible to cover any charges incurred. We also provide ring size adjustments service.
