1. How do I place an order?

There are fives medium through which you could place orders from:

Just like any online store, you could purchase all our jewelry items online and there are options for you to customize you jewelry online as well.

 

Through e-mail:

Please contact us at: innayajewelry@gmail.com to place an order, and we will stay in touch with you through e-mail throughout the whole process. 

Through WhatsApp:

Please contact us at: +852 9830 5280 to place an order, and we will stay in touch with you through WhatsApp throughout the whole process. 

Through a phone call:

Please contact us at: +852 9830 5280 or +852 3154 9604 to place an order, and we will stay in touch with you through your preferred method of contact throughout the whole process. 

In-store

Please contact us at: +852 9830 5280 to make an appointment of your preferred date and time and we can place an order in-store for you, we will stay in touch with you through your preferred method of contact throughout the whole process. 

2. Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You have upto 24 hours from the time you placed the order to cancel, please e-mail us with your concerns. 

3. Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

Yes! You have upto 24 hours from the time you placed the order to make any amendments. Please contact our team at: innayajewelry@gmail.com .

4. Can I customize my order?

Yes, of course! Diamond jewelry is very special and unique to each individual and we do whatever it takes to make it special for you.

 

We are more than happy to accommodate any customization requests, including ring/earring/pendants/necklaces designs, diamond shapes/sizes/weight, band designs/width, chain/necklace lengths, gold color and engraving. Please contact our team through the method you have placed the order from for further assistance. 

Please note that customization to any item may take a slightly longer time to get ready and all customized orders cannot be returned. 

5. When can I receive my jewelry once I've placed the order?

We start manufacturing your jewelry pieces once we finalize the design (in case its personalized) and when we receive the full payment. Each piece of jewelry takes up-to two/three weeks to manufacture depending on the design and customization elements and up to two weeks for shipping.

6. Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX (up to 7 working days to receive), we also accept bank transfers or cash payments (up to 1 working day to receive) for smoother and speedier transactions. 

8. Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! To buy a gift card or an e-gift card, please visit the gifts page.

9. I've lost my gift card, can I get a replacement?

Please contact our team at: innayajewelry@gmail.com and we'll be able to advise you further on this. 

10. Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

No, you can only use one promotional code in each individual order. 

11. I am experiencing problems paying, what should I do?
