1. Can I return an item?
Items are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or not as described. Please note that items which are damaged due to normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty and Innaya Jewelry by Himani Shah has the right to refuse a return/refund on these grounds.
We do not accept returns on any of our jewelry, unless there is an unlikely occasion where you receive a damaged/faulty piece. If that is that case, please contact our team at: firstname.lastname@example.org to help you out further.
2. Can I return a customized item?
We do not accept returns on any customized jewelry.
3. Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges on any jewelry items.
4. How do I get my refund?
If your return is approved by our team, then you have these choices for refund: bank transfer into your account, life-time store credit or e-Gift card.
If you choose bank transfer, please allow 5-10 working days for processing.
If you choose store credit, we will send you an e-voucher on your email within 2 working days.
