1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do both domestic and international shipping worldwide; and all the packages come with tracking and insurance. Shipping within Hong Kong is free!
2. Can I pick up my item in-store?
Yes, of course! Just give us a heads-up a day before you come and we'll have it wrapped and packed for you.
3. When will my package arrive?
The usual time for shipping to most destinations is between 1-2 weeks, from when the order is dispatched from Hong Kong. For more information, you can use the tracking number we provide you to check the position of your package or you can send us a mail at: email@example.com and our team will get back to you.
4. What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost varies on the destination and whether you choose standard or express service.
5. Will my parcel be charged additional customs and import charges?
Custom and import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as custom and import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.
6. Can I change the address once I place the order?
Yes! You have upto 48 hours from the time you placed the order to change the delivery address.
7. What if I miss my delivery?
If you miss the package delivery, our courier will leave an instruction note for you which will inform you how to contact them to schedule a re-delivery or pick-up from the post office.
8. I want to send the jewelry as a gift to someone, what is the procedure?
It's very simple. Just mention it to us when you place the order that you want to send it as a gift, and we'll add a special note, gift wrap, ribbons and of course remove the price tag for you! Don't worry, this service is available free of charge; we too want to do our bit for the special occasion!
